一、电动调节阀阀体及阀内件的材料选择

当阀门温度大于450℃时,可以使用普通材料制成的电子控制阀,其温度约为50℃。通常538℃以上是以铬为主要用途。在1035℃左右的高温下,通常采用SUS310S不锈钢,因此材样中的碳含量需要控制在0.04-0.08。于更高的温度,建议使用非金属耐热材料(在1200℃下使用)或特殊的高温高强度合金(在1000℃下可直接使用高温高强度合金,如发动机燃烧室中的高温高强度合金)。
