应用闸阀作为放水设备,其本身不能直接安装,需要与闸阀配套的钢管和法兰盘。钢管可自行设计和加工,其钢管壁厚应根据使用年限来决定。从实践中看,用钢板焊接的钢管壁厚不应小于10mm,使用铸钢件不应小于20mm。法兰盘一般为铸钢件,其作用是将阀门与钢管联接在一起,厂家可以直接提供。

一般形式:1、阀门井(塔)。按一般中小型水库取水塔设计能满足闸阀安装、检修为原则,一般采用方形,其结构计算按水工钢筋混凝土结构计算。2、输水洞。按通常的水库输水洞设计和计算。3、布置形式。按其位置可分为坝前式、坝中式、坝后式布置。按阀门数量可分为单阀、双阀式布置。
